Stud team member

We are seeking an additional team member to join our stud team at Bell Equine. The position involves assisting with the coordination of stud services as well as general equine nursing duties. This is a full time role. The ideal candidate should be able to work varying shifts starting from 7am. Occasional weekend work may be required.

This is a six month contract, but the position could be extended to a patient care assistant (PCA) role for the right candidate. Our PCA’s provide support to our equine nurses and clinicians in the hospital and in our ambulatory service.

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Excellent horse handling skills, ideally in a veterinary environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to provide the highest standards of client service and patient care.
  • Ability to work as part of the team and on own initiative.
  • Previous stud experience.

Bell Equine is large equine hospital in the heart of Kent with a friendly team, excellent facilities and a busy workload.

Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
