Repeat Medication Order Request:

Repeat medications for on-going treatment can be requested by calling or emailing our office, or via our online repeat medication request form below.

This online service is ONLY for repeat medication requests, ie for horses who have been examined and prescribed ongoing medications under the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) guidelines for prescribing and dispensing medications.

In line with these regulations:

• We must have examined your horse within the last 6 months to be able to dispense further medications 
• We must have your horse’s passport recorded and confirmation Part II of Section 2 (Section 9 in older passports) is signed stating the horse IS NOT for human consumption (further information can be found under PASSPORTS)

Please order any medications in good time, giving at least 72-hours notice - some medications may need to be ordered in and written prescriptions can take time to fully process. If we are unable to dispense the medication for any reason or there are delays with supplying within this time frame, you will be contacted by a member of our team.

All medications must be paid for in full prior to posting(*) or on collection; and for written prescriptions, before being emailed to a pharmacy of your choice.  The written prescription fee is £21. Our team will contact you to arrange payment once the medication has been authorised and is ready for posting(*) / collection / emailing.
