Enhanced Postal Delivery:
Following a recent increase in frustrating postal delays and losses, we have undertaken a review of our delivery processes to ensure we continue to offer the highest standard of service.
From 1st May 2026, all items suitable for posting will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
This enhanced service provides:
- Secure, signed-for delivery
- Guaranteed next-day arrival
- Comprehensive insurance cover for added peace of mind
The standard charge for this service is £8.75. For items of a greater weight, a higher postage fee may apply. This applies to all items requested and appropriate for postal delivery.
We are confident that this upgrade will remove the frustration of medications not arriving when expected or becoming lost in the post incurring further delays, and deliver a more reliable, secure, and premium service for our clients.
