East and West catchment area split

To continue to provide the highest standard of care and to improve efficiency across our growing catchment area, from the 15th December 2025, we are introducing an East and West split within our Ambulatory road team.

This change allows us to streamline call-outs, reduce travel time and ensure you receive a faster, even more consistent support.

What this means for you:

When you contact Bell Equine from the 15th December 2025, you will be asked to select either:

  • Option 1 for Bell Equine West
  • Option 2 for Bell Equine East

This simple step will ensure your enquiry reaches the correct reception team.

To find out which catchment area you are in, please see our website CALL OUT MAP.

Why we are making the change:

As our client base continues to grown, diving our ambulatory service into East and West enables us to:

  • Provide quicker response times
  • Improve continuity of care with a smaller team of vets in each area you can get to know well
  • Reduce travel distances for our vets and our carbon footprint
  • Enhance overall service

Our aim is to make your experience with Bell Equine smoother, faster and even more personalised.

You do not need to do anything now, when you next call from the 15th December 2025, you will be offered the West / East option and be directed to the correct reception team.

We are still one team:

Although our service areas are now divided geographically, Bell Equine remains one practice, with the same dedication to exceptional equine care, with the support of our Specialists and full hospital team.
