If you are travelling to the clinic over the coming months, we'd like to draw your attention to carriageway improvements which are going to be undertaken on the A228, Malling Road.
The staged works are to improve road safety. Works are focusing on improvements to the junction of Kent Street (which is between Kings Hill and 'The Street') and will include widening a section of the main carriage way, traffic signals, a new pedestrian crossing and walkway and reinstatement of a new hedgerow.
The staged works are due to start 17TH FEBRUARY 2025 to be completed in OCTOBER 2025.
The works will be undertaken outside of peak hour traffic between the hours of 09:30AM and 3:30PM. There will also be some night closures during the works.
Do take this into account if you are coming to Bell Equine over the coming months as you may want to chose another route to avoid hold ups. We will put reminders out on our social media platforms to ensure everyone is aware.
